Hello, my name is Spencer Theobald, and I am a visual creative based out of Northwest Arkansas. I strive to tell purposeful stories through photography and filmmaking. I love traveling to new countries and learning about new cultures. When I travel, I do my best to accurately represent the people I meet and photograph. I highly value arete, or excellence with virtue, and work hard to integrate it into every aspect of my life. 

Sitting around a sparkling fire with a group of friends under the stars are moments where I feel most real. Hearing stories and discussing life experiences always inspires me to improve my artistic and personal journey. I also have a very competitive spirit. I love anything that involves competition, from soccer to Settlers of Catan-you’ll find me in my element. My friends know me as a leader, servant, and a dreamer. A quote that has always inspired me is this: “It doesn’t cost anything to dream. If you are going to dream, dream big.” Dreaming has always been an integral part of my life, and I can’t foresee that changing. I believe that there will be a day when people are no longer thirsty, when poverty no longer endures, and when the Gospel reaches all corners of the earth. I hope to be part of the generation that gets us one step closer to that dream.
